2016 Budget Padding: Jibrin Confirms Appointment with Anti-graft Agencies

Ousted House of Representatives Appropriation Committee chairman, Hon Abdulmumin Jibrin, Monday, confirmed his appearance before security and anti-graft agencies to provide insight to his petition against House Speaker, Yakubu Dogara, and 12 others.

Jibrin said his lawyer had confirmed that he would appear at the Independent Corrupt Persons Commission (ICPC) at 10am; Directorate of Security Services  (DSS) at 12noon; Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) at 2pm and Police Headquarters at 4pm.


"The law will surely catch up with the corrupt Speaker Dogara and others.

"I added one new name to my petition, Hon Abonta Abonta. The member who spoke after me on channels and denied corruption exists in the House," he said.
